Upcoming IPO - ASX:AD8

Australian stock exchangeAudinate, the global leader of audio networking technology for the professional audio-visual industry, will be listing on ASX on 30 June 2017. Shaw and Partners has underwritten the IPO, raising $21 million valued at $1.22 a share, a deal valuing the company at $72.6 million. The offer is priced at 4-times FY 2017 sales revenue forecast and 3.1-times the FY 2018 forecast. Blackpeak Capital also acted as a financial adviser for the IPO. Other professional advisors included DLA Piper law firm and Deloitte accounting and tax advisors.

Audinate at InfoComm 2017- Orlando, FL

We just returned from InfoComm 2017 in Orlando, Audinate’s largest trade show event of the year. Infocomm had record crowds of nearly 40,000. Audinate previewed Dante Domain Manager and the Dante Broadway products for the first time in the USA. The feedback from Dante Domain Manager and Dante Broadway was outstanding. Dante Domain Manager is a revolutionary network management solution that brings enterprise-grade system administration to the AV world. Dante Domain Manager makes audio networking more secure, more scalable and more manageable than ever before. Audinate conducted hourly presentations and demonstrated the new software non-stop during the 3-day event. Dante Broadway is Audinate’s newly released 8-16 channel Dante chipset designed to for mid-channel audio products.

Dante Domain Manager won Best in Show from both AV Technology and Commercial Integrator publications. Installation Magazine also announced that Audinate won its Grand Prix award for Dante, as the company/technology of the year.

Entrance to Exhibition Halls at InfoComm 2017 Beyerdynamic booth at InfoComm 2017 Over 105 OEM partners promoted their Dante products showcasing the Dante brand with “Dante Spoken Here” signage displayed in their booths. In addition to the hundreds of Dante products showcased at InfoComm 2017, 55 new Dante enabled products were announced for the trade show, bringing the total Dante-enabled products available to 1175. Booth traffic was a record for Audinate as well.

Audinate and 20 other OEM partners held its annual Dante AV Networking World conference attended by approximately 350 attendees the day prior to InfoComm. Keynote presentations were given by Aidan Williams, CTO of Audinate, along with and Roland Hemming, Principal from RH Consulting. The focus of the all-day educational event covered best-practices for deploying Dante audio networked systems. Dante training courses were repeated during InfoComm as well, so in total over 400 system integrators and end customers attended the Dante Certification training program during the week.
